Cultural and Diversity Analysis of a Growing Company
• A minimum 2 page analysis of the overall cultural / diversity context of your organization (written from the perspective of you being a “consultant” to your own organization – what do they have, what do they lack, what are hidden biases, what evidence do you see to back up your assessment)
• A minimum 1 page reflection paper on what you learned about yourself as a leader within your organization’s culture regarding diversity

Four Seasons Hospice – founded in 1979. over 400 volunteers, 390 employees and over 1500 patients served in 13 counties in North Carolina.
Monthly employees forums on race and hot topics issues.
