Evaluate the strategic HRM approach of one company in the global hospitality industry (Hyatt). Through thorough research, you should present a case study on the relations among organisational strategies, HRM practices and organizational performance. Appropriate theory, models and concepts should be used to underpin the discussion. Evaluations on whether such HRM practices have benefits for the sustainability of the business will be also needed.
