For this assignment, you will read the case study Volkswagen do Brasil: Driving Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard (from your HBR coursepack,) students will analyze the case and resolve the issue presented in the form of a question or statement. In order to discuss the difficulties encountered when implementing the Balanced Scorecard and creating a strategy-focused organization, and to explain how a company can adopt the Balanced Scorecard for cultural change and alignment to a new strategy.
