Listening, Learning Behavior

You are a manager with an employee who comes to work consistently 20-30 minutes late. You must talk to this employee and explain that you need their behavior to change. Using the listening learning behaviors outlined in Chapter 2 that we discussed during our classtime today, write a script between you and this employee. (Hint: you are making up the reason why the employee is late and the rest of the conversation). What does he/she say in response? What do you then say in response? This is a script so you can write it as such. Make it as long as you need to to resolve the issue.
